What sets you apart from the competition?

We have been serving the Georgetown and Lakeway communities since 1980. Unlike many other HVAC companies, we are still 100% locally owned and operated. Our owner, Roger Stuth, has over 46 years of AC experience and is still involved in every job we do.
Can you work on any brand of HVAC system?

Yes! We are well-trained and licensed to work on all HVAC systems. We can help with any brand, any age, any make, and any model. We specialize in residential systems and have been helping your neighbors since 1980, so we’ve seen almost everything that’s out there.
How quickly can you come to my home to fix my AC or Heating?

We have three fully stocked service trucks that are ready to help. If you are in the Georgetown or Lakeway areas, we can often provide service the same day you call. If all our trucks are booked with appointments that day, we will get you on our schedule as soon as possible. We take great pride in personal and consistent communication so you know when to expect our arrival.
Do you offer any warranties?

We provide a two-year part and labor warranty on all repairs. In addition, our new American Standard systems, which are consistently rated the most reliable by Consumer Reports, carry a 10-year warranty.
Do you carry freon for my system on your trucks?

Our fully stocked trucks carry freon for both old and new systems. If your HVAC needs freon, we can accomplish that right away.
What do you charge for freon?

The cost of freon has been changing consistently for everyone, so our freon pricing can fluctuate based on this. We are always happy to provide an instant freon pricing quote over the phone. Please don't hesitate to call us anytime.
